Industry = Real Estate

Press Release Summary = December sees the launch of the Oyster Club, the UK\'s first
destination club. For a fully refundable membership deposit plus an annual
subscription you gain access to a portfolio of luxury properties and yachts worth an
average of £2.5m each.

Press Release Body = One of the hardest decisions that many of us face when buying a
property abroad is just where to buy. The Spanish Costa's, France's Cote D'Azur,
Italy, Dubai, the Caribbean or somewhere equally exotic. And then there is still the
need to rent somewhere for the skiing season.

But what if, for what is in many places the price of a modest second home, you had
access to 21 fabulous houses and 4 luxury motor yachts?

Destination Clubs have boomed in the US since their launch in 1998 and now over
4,000 people enjoy access to more than 600 properties through 20 or so clubs there.
But with over 80% of their properties within the States the Clubs offer little to
those who live elsewhere.

The Oyster Club is believed to be the first destination club to launch in the UK and
has taken the very best from the American model and adapted it to suit the local
market. "In the UK we are far more used to travelling and have greater leisure time
available to us." Said Catherine Castle, The Oyster Club's Marketing Director, "with
so many low cost flights available it is easy to jet off for a few days and we aim
to offer a wide range of destinations across the world as the club grows."

"Let's be honest," she commented "Owning a second home is expensive and a hassle. If
you're lucky you may rent out your home for a few weeks of the year - probably the
exact weeks you want to go. And when you do get there there are always jobs that
need doing. Our members can enjoy every minute of their holiday and still benefit
from the growth in the value of the whole portfolio."

Entry to the club, which is a non-profit organisation, it not cheap with a £10,000
refundable application fee and a £525,000 membership deposit. On top of that annual
dues of £25,000 must be paid.

But what you get for your money is spectacular! Each property will be located in the
premier areas and with an average value of £2.5 million pounds the properties are
some of the most stunning in the world. Every member gets 10 weeks holidays a year
plus an unlimited number of "last minute bookings". "If you want to get away within
7 days of booking we can fit you in somewhere" said Catherine "and these last minute
booking won't be taken from your annual allowance. We want the members to enjoy the
properties and not be looking after empty houses. That's why we don't insist on the
member being present during a stay. This means that you can let family and friends
use your weeks and even donate weeks to charity events."

So compared with renting a property The Oyster Club offers great value for money.
With holiday rentals in many of the exotic parts of the world running into tens of
thousands of pounds a week members can very soon be making a "profit" on their
annual fee.

And let's not forget the boats. Four luxury vessels berthed around the world, fully
crewed and ready to pamper to your every need. A weeks charter could easily set you
back your membership dues and much more. It almost makes sense to join just for
that!

"But if I bought my own property at least I get capital appreciation" I hear you
say. Well The Oyster Club has an answer to that too.

"Whilst membership of the club is defiantly not an investment and should never be
considered as such our membership deposit will increase each year in line with the
value of the portfolio." said Catherine "Since you get 100% of the current
membership deposit refunded to you when you resign, every member will benefit from
the growth in that value. And because our portfolio will be spread across the world
it won't be unduly affected by local peaks and troughs of the property market in the
way that a single property is."

"So how secure is my money" Well the club is structured as a Company limited by
guarantee, which means that no one is entitled to take any profits from the club and
that every member has the right to vote at its annual meetings. In addition all
funds are held in a secure accountbb and your £525,000 membership deposit is
allocated £500,000 to the property fund, £25,000 for furnishings and décor. The
company only receives your additional £10,000 application fee to fund marketing,
property finding and running expenses. Properties are acquired at the rate of 1
property for every 5 members.

The first 25 members will be invited to join the clubs advisory board. This board
determines the location of each property and sets the level of each years annual
dues.

So, in a nutshell, for £535,000 you get access to properties and yachts worth an
average of £2.5 million each in some of the worlds most stunning locations, almost
unlimited access and you benefit from the growth in the value of the portfolio. Just
